Because all of our products are handmade, there may be slight variation in pattern, placement, shape, and size.
Processing Time
All of our products are custom handmade for you! Because of this, completion of your order requires processing time. Our current processing time is 3-7 business days for items listed on our website. Processing time may vary for custom orders and will be discussed at time of inquiry.
Shipping
Lost, stolen, or missing packages will not be replaced by Thirty-Four Four Design. In the unlikely event that the postal service loses your package, we recommend that you file a USPS claim at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Thirty-Four Four Design is not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid supping address provided by the customer. If this occurs and the package is returned to Thirty-Four Four Design, the customer will be responsible for any newly incurred shipping costs.

We are only shipping within the domestic United States of America at this time.
Washing Instructions
Please wash all clothing items inside out in cold water. Tumble dry at a low heat. Do not iron over vinyl application. These precautions will aid in decreasing excessive wear of your product.
Return and Exchange Policy
